Accommodation
This is a first come, first serve Retreat and we expect it to fill.
1) Single Accommodation in a patient room
– a foyer, double bedroom, balcony, bathroom & toilet in Vaidyagrama
2) 2 delegates in a patient room
– a foyer, double bedroom, balcony, bathroom & toilet in Vaidyagrama.
3) 3 delegates occupying a patient room in Vaidyagrama
– a foyer, 3 cots in one room, balcony, bathroom and toilet.
Cancellation policy
Following cancellation charges apply as per dates received of written notification by Vaidyagrama, as a percentage of total paid, subject to a minimum cancellation amount of $ 250.00 or INR 17,500.00 per person:
Now till 3 August, 2021: $ 250.00 or INR 17,500.00
4 August till 19 October 2021: 50% of fee paid plus applicable bank transfer charges will be forfeited.
After 20 October 2021: 100% of fee paid will be forfeited.
Should Vaidyagrama cancel the Retreat, Vaidyagrama will return all payments received for the Registration of the Retreat.
